A nutritionist told from flour which plant is best to cook your own meals and to cook

Any flour is rather high-calorie product. However, now there are many types of flour, which is preferred.

– Wheat flour is a very bad product, not having any relation to nutrition. So you should replace it with other types, says nutritionist Catherine Matushkina.

Expert has compiled a list of five types of flour that can benefit your health and figure.

  • Corn flour. Contains a lot of fiber, magnesium, calcium and iron. It lowers blood sugar and helps with digestive problems. Energy value: 331 kcal/100 g.
  • Oatmeal. Exists in the form of fine grinding and oatmeal. It has a lot of vitamins A, b, C, and E. It promotes the production of serotonin, cleanses the body, normalizes fat metabolism and produces the hormone of happiness. Energy value 369 kcal/100 g.
  • Rice flour. Rich in folic acid, potassium and calcium. There is a lot of starch and protein. This variety helps rid the body of salt and normalizes the digestive process. Energy value: 371 kcal/100 g.
  • Buckwheat flour. Contains a lot of complex carbohydrates and proteins, and also vitamins b and E. it has a lot of slow carbohydrates that provide a feeling of satiety for a long time. Energy value: 350 kcal/100 g.
