Researchers found that if every day to eat at least a handful of nuts, the risk to get a heart attack will decrease by 33%.

The most useful recognized tree nuts, including hazelnuts, macadamia and pecans. If every day eat a handful of walnuts, almonds or pistachios, the risk of heart problems reduced by a third. Scientists from Massachusetts confirmed that especially useful are the nuts for diabetics.

Their study showed that patients who ate 30 grams of walnuts (about 7 walnuts or 24 almonds nuts) five days a week, 34% reduced risk of stroke and 17% of the stroke.

However, the most useful defenders of the heart acknowledged hazelnuts. Especially these include: macadamia, pecans, and hazelnuts. According to studies, regular consumption of these foods reduced the risk of developing heart disease and blood vessels by 20%.

So, regular consumption of nuts prevents the risk of occurrence of heart disease, and premature death. Scientists strongly recommend not to neglect this useful product.
