Doctors told to be careful in the hot summer days.
The therapist of one of the Moscow hospitals Marina Anisimova told by someone in the first place is strongly influenced by the hot weather. With the onset of summer days, this information is particularly relevant considering that not everyone thinks about the threat from the heat.
According to the expert, the most vulnerable to heat become small children. Another category of citizens who should be most careful are the elderly, people with disabilities and those who suffer from various chronic diseases, including cardiovascular. Finally, the danger the heat poses to pregnant women they should not expose yourself to exhausting walks under the scorching sun.
Anisimov gave a few tips on how not to give heat to harm you. For example, you should drink more fluids. If the body lack moisture, the blood will become thicker. It threatens the blood clots, heart attack and stroke. So, it is recommended to drink a glass of water every half hour to avoid the unpleasant consequences of the heat.
In addition, you should definitely wear a hat that will protect against sunstroke. As for the clothes, in the hot days it is better to wear something from “breathable” fabrics.
It is interesting that, according to the therapist, the heat is able to act on people in different ways. For example, some it provokes a reduction of the pressure. In some cases, this may lead to fainting.
