The French company licensed the perfume brand owned Puig
Italian brand Prada has signed a cooperation agreement with the French company L’oréal, which will enter into force on 1 January 2021. Reported by WWD.
Under the agreement, L’oréal will develop and produce beauty products and fragrances for Prada. Previously, the license is owned by the Spanish company Puig.
“L’oréal is the world’s leading cosmetics company. Her status and experience make her the perfect partner for Prada, cooperation with which will allow us to achieve your potential in work on new projects, to reinforce the established identity of the Prada perfume and find new audiences worldwide,” said Executive Director of Prada, Patrizio Bertelli.
By the way, is exactly the same from Puig to L’oréal passed Valentino. The company also produces beauty-lines of such brands as Saint Laurent, Giorgio Armani and Maison Margiela.
