The study involved more than 125 thousand people, not suffering chronic diseases. Among other things, scientists have discovered how often the subjects eat nuts. The study lasted 12 years.
In the end, the doctors came to the conclusion that 30 grams of nuts per day to help not to gain weight and has beneficial impact on the cardiovascular system. As explained by specialists, the nuts contain a lot of protein and unsaturated fatty acids which are necessary for normal functioning of the heart and blood vessels. In addition, nuts are rich in vitamins, minerals and fiber.
