Experts have counted how many steps a day to do older women to keep themselves in good shape.

But with sedentary lifestyle, when there are less than 2.7 thousand steps a day, the risk of premature death in older women increases.
Thus, doctors recommended to increase the level of physical activity to women who previously treated him with indifference.
