Participants in a food experiment ate three times a day. They drank water as much as you want and eat the allowed snacks.
After a month after the volunteers ate processed foods, it was found that the volunteers had gained one kilogram. But after 14 days after they ate began to eat more healthy food, the weight came back to normal.
