With vetiver as the base
Thom Browne presented his debut perfume line, consisting of six fragrances and is designed “for everyone, regardless of gender”.
The line was developed by the brand in conjunction with the Swiss company Givaudan, and is based on “very clean and unique version of vetiver”. Created using three of the extracts of vetiver, the scents of Cucumber and Rose Grapefui suitable for day and Whiskey and Smoke for the evening.
“Every fragrance in the line is your own world with vetiver as a unifying element”, — say the representatives of the brand.
Brown himself reportedly participated in the creation of fragrances and developed them in accordance with their own creative approach, which he describes as “pure and authentic”.
He also added that fragrances have no gender focus and is designed “for everyone, regardless of gender”.
“The flavors should be very personal, just as they’re personal for me,” he said. The launch is also accompanied by an advertising campaign by the legendary photographer Campbell ADDY, which reflects the emphasis of the brand on the gender neutrality and inclusiveness.
The cost of the bottles Thom Browne Fragrance is between 195 to $ 250 and can be purchased on the website ThomBrowne.com.
